More libraries will be added whenever the site owner feels like it.
Why? Due to the overabundance of trannies and CP lovers on Neocities, the libraries are locked behind a password system which only geniuses can crack open to access the libraries. Don't bother right clicking and clicking on "View source", you won't find anything.
